Canadian rules addressing child pornography are set out in Part V from the Canadian Felony Code, addressing Sexual Offences, General public Morals and Disorderly Carry out: Offences Tending to Corrupt Morals. Segment 163.one from the Code, enacted in 1993, defines child pornography to incorporate "a visible illustration, whether or not it absolutel
